3D laser cutting

3D laser cutting is used to cut tubes and sheet metal after bending and pressing. The technology offers complete freedom to cut holes, edges, and separate components, and often replaces more expensive methods such as milling, drilling, and cutting. The advantages of laser cutting include high precision, fast cycle times, clean and burr-free cuts, and minimal mechanical impact on the components, which reduces fixture costs.

Complete freedom with 3D laser

We currently have two machines for 3D laser cutting of tubes after bending and pressed sheet metal parts:

  • BLM LT Free, 2000W fiber laser, robotic turntable

  • Mazak Space Gear, 2500W, 6th axis with chuck. (Also for flat laser cutting)
