Our design department serves as the link between the customer and production. Since we primarily work with smaller production runs, design and preparation are a major and important part of our business.

With our extensive experience in exhaust technology and sheet metal and pipe fabrication, we work closely with our customers to find solutions that prove profitable in the long run for both them and us as their supplier.

CAD: We primarily use SolidWorks
CAM offers a range of software programs for creating programs for our CNC machines
GARP Business System
3D scanner for scanning vehicles and prototypes
Vehicle noise measurement
Flow measurement to measure back pressure in gas flows within exhaust system components
Automotive workshop for building prototypes and conducting vehicle tests
3D-printed plastic for fixtures and prototypes
