Pipe bending
At RAY Metallfabrik AB, we have extensive experience in tube bending and are equipped with a modern fleet of machines featuring the latest technology.
We have a total of seven pipe bending machines in various sizes and tools capable of bending pipes with diameters ranging from Ø8 to Ø127 mm. In addition to pipe bending, we also have machines for end processing, allowing us to expand, crimp, and taper pipe ends. Laser-cut pipes with holes and/or shaped ends can be bent by loading the pipes into a fixture.
We carry a wide range of steel pipes in stock and work closely with several wholesalers to ensure we can quickly deliver the right size and quality to meet our customers' needs.
The right machine for the right job
Since we have many bending machines with different capabilities, we can assign each job to the most suitable machine and maintain redundancy to ensure delivery in the event of disruptions or unplanned downtime in individual machines.
