Since our founding in 1961, we have been developing and manufacturing our own exhaust systems. Today, these are marketed under the Simons Sportsystem brand, one of the Nordic region’s best-known brands in motorsports and tuning.
Manufacture of exhaust systems
All manufacturing takes place at our factory in Ljungsarp, where we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. By keeping the entire production chain under one roof—from tube bending and laser cutting to welding, assembly, and quality control—we can guarantee both precision and a high-quality finish at every stage.
In addition to our own Simons products, we manufacture exhaust systems for a number of other brands in Northern Europe. We also manufacture exhaust components and systems for heavy-duty vehicles such as forestry machines, forklifts, and tractors.

Over the years, we have gained extensive experience in designing mufflers and pipes to deliver the desired sound and flow. We have proven methods to ensure that our products withstand the often harsh conditions under a vehicle, including the extreme temperature fluctuations to which an exhaust system is subjected.
A fleet of machines tailored for the efficient manufacture of exhaust components.
We have developed and manufactured a number of machines designed specifically for the production of exhaust components, such as perforated pipes and seamed muffler bodies.
Large inventory of various materials and sizes.
We carry a wide range of tubes and sheet metal in stock and can manufacture exhaust components in a variety of material grades specifically designed for exhaust systems. These include aluminized sheet metal, ferritic stainless steel, and austenitic stainless steel.
Short lead times from inquiry to delivery.
Since we handle our own design and engineering and manufacture fixtures and tools in-house, we can offer short lead times from design/prototype to mass production.
