Tube laser cutting

Using our tube laser cutting machines, we cut parts and blanks from round, oval, and square profiles in 6-meter lengths. This technology offers maximum flexibility, as we can easily cut straight and shaped ends, as well as drill holes and cut slots, in a cost-effective manner.

We can cut round tubes from Ø12 to Ø152 mm, square tubes up to 120x120 mm, and rectangular tubes up to 140x100 mm.

Workpieces: max. length 6,500 mm; finished parts: max. length 4,500 mm; wall thicknesses up to 12 mm; max. 15 kg/m

We can cut black sheet metal, aluminized sheet metal, galvanized sheet metal, stainless steel, and aluminum.

We also have equipment for splatter-free cutting using a scoop that catches cutting spatter directly inside the pipe beneath the nozzle; however, this limits the length of the workpiece to a maximum of L=1200 mm and is only suitable for round pipes.
